Weight: Will be approximately 75-90 pounds when fully grown
Age: 10 weeks
Gender: Male

Home Recommendation: Dundee is a very active, young puppy and needs a family who is ready to play with him all day long! He will need continued training and socialization with animals and people. He would benefit from having a confident dog handler owner who can teach her the ropes and bring him out of his shell as he can be nervous at first greeting. Large dog experience required.

Kids: Yes, above the age of 6.

Dogs: Yes, he loves to play and wrestle with other dogs!

Cats: He is very curious and playful with cats so he would need a slow introduction

Crate Trained: No, but he’s working on it!

House Trained: No, but he’s working on it! He will go outside but still has occasional accidents in the house.

Leash Manners: He is working on improving his leash skills. He has not been on a leash before arriving into foster care so he is getting the hang of it!

Training: Dundee will need an owner who will train him as he is very young. He listens well to correction and will make great strides quickly!

Personality: Dundee is ready for some adventure! This fun-loving boy wants to go out and explore all day long! He could play for hours on end but once he tires out, he is ready for a nice long nap in your arms. He is goofy and always brings a smile to your face. He is not shy with kisses and cuddles!

Why did he come to WISE? Dundee and his siblings were saved from a farmer in Missouri who did not want them. He threatened he was going to shoot them if they were not taken off of his property. With the help of another rescue, they were safely brought to New Jersey and can’t wait to find their forever homes!
