Whoever said “Good things come in small packages” obviously knew what they were talking about- meet Dino, the sweet, determined little man that has captured the hearts of everyone at WISE. Now we invite you to fall in love with him as you follow his journey to health and a forever home!
The beginning of Dino’s story is so heartbreaking that it’s a miracle we even have a journey to share with you. Born to a backyard breeder, Dino was confined to a crate, unnamed, unable to stand up, and on his way to being euthanized when one of our volunteers heard his story.
Enter W.A.R., and Dino’s new lease on life.
After a week of treatment and observation at the vet’s office, Dino was cleared to go to his foster, who immediately gave him a MUCH-needed bath and some serious cuddles. (Look at that face, it demands cuddles!)
So what’s next for Dino? Well, for starters, he’s walking…like a toddler after too much applesauce, but hey, it’s a start!
And you know what else he is? So happy! After such a horrible start to life, this fierce-spirited boy has nothing but smiles and kisses for everyone he meets.
