Crumb’s ideal home: Crumb is poorly socialized with people and dogs and is suffering from some trust issues. He needs a patient home that will teach him that people and other pups are safe. Crumb will growl at new people and needs a family who understands and will work through this with him. Once he knows you, he is an absolute love! He is active and needs a family toe exercise and play with him.
Kids: no kids
Dogs: may be able to live with an extremely calm dog who gives him his space as he is not socialized with dogs but showed no aggression during his dog test
Cats: probably–as long as the cat gives him space per above
Crate Trained: Crumb is not being crate-trained and is fine when left alone in the home
House Trained: Yes
Other training: Crumb needs to undergo training for his fear issues
Leash Manners: Loves to go for walks and walks well on leash
Personality: Crumb is a timid pup who comes out of his shell quickly and shows off his playful, fun side. He is suffering from some fear/trust issues but, once he comes around, is friendly, happy, and loves being pet. Since he is so young, he needs a family who will exercise and play with him frequently.
Why did he come to WISE?: Crumb was found as a stray and was never reclaimed. He was taken in by good samaritans and then surrendered to the rescue so he can find his forever home.
