Name: Chocolate Coco
Breed: Chow Chow Labrador mix
Weight: Will be approximately 60lbs when fully grown
Age: 8 weeks old
Home Recommendation: She is a young, active puppy and needs a family who is ready to socialize her with animals and people. She will also need continued training to make sure she becomes a great dog as an adult! Coco has a strong personality and would do best in a home with dog experience.
Kids: Since she is teething, it would be best she went home with kids above the age of 6
Dogs: Yes! She loves to play with all dogs.
House Trained: No, but working on it!
Crate Trained: Coco is working on her crate training. She will cry for about 30 minutes but then settles.
Leash Manners: Could use some extra practice, but getting there!
Personality: You may have thought Coco is a teddy bear, but don’t be fooled! Coco is a sassy, spunky girl who never fails to make you smile! She is not afraid to tell you what she wants and she can be quite the diva. She loves to be held in your arms but her favorite spot to sleep is on the hardwood floor. Every time you greet Coco she will make sure you receive her famous puppy kisses! She gets burst of energy where she will play with her toys for a couple hours but she eventually tires out and is ready for a nice long nap.
Why did they come to Wise? Chocolate Coco was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in North Carolina. She is now safe and happy in New Jersey and can’t wait to find her forever family!
