Breed: “Potcake” — a mutt from Puerto Rico who is similar in body type to a Shiba Inu/Chihuahua mix!
Weight: Will be approximately 35-50 pounds when fully grown
Age: 10 weeks
Home Recommendation: Aramis is searching for a loving, patient family who will shower him in affection and show him the good things in life! He would thrive with a canine companion to help show him the ropes.
Kids: Yes, above the age of 6.
Dogs: Yes! He wants to become best friends with each dog he meets.

Crate Trained: No, but becoming more comfortable each day.
House Trained: No
Leash Manners: He is working on improving his leash skills. He has not been on a leash before arriving into foster care so he is getting the hang of it!
Training: Aramis will need an owner who will help bring him out of his shell. He can be shy at first greeting, but with time and treats he will become your most loyal companion! He will benefit greatly from proper socialization with people and other dogs. He is young and eager to learn!

Why did they come to Wise? Aramis was found as a stray in Puerto Rico. With the help of another rescue, Aramis was brought to the United States and he is eager to find his forever home!
