Hi! My rescue is super busy with all kinds of new dogs- and even a whole litter of puppies!- so they’ve been a little too distracted to write a Dino- I mean, a Me- update. So the Cathy lady showed me how to use the keyboard and well, hello! Erhewjl- oops, sorry. Still getting used to these teeny keys…

I’m not really sure what to say except that I’m doing great! My foster mama is awesome- she does all these cool treatments with me all the time, like swimming, and putting lotion on my knuckles, and massaging my paws and my back. It’s really relaxing…just thinking about it makes me kinda sleepy…

Anyway, let’s see, what else….oh I’ve been really busy! Now that my knuckles are healing and I can almost walk like a big dog, the rescue has been taking me on so many adventures. I went to a car dealership (I thought they were going to buy me a car but they said my legs are still too short to reach the pedals); I went to a festival, and to a pet store to hang out with other dogs and get cuddles from all the people that walked by our table (that place smells like all KINDS of dog treats); and I even got to try a yoga class! I wasn’t so great at staying still…and I kinda peed on someone…so, namaste on the playground for now.

My foster mama says that I’m getting closer to being ready for adoption every day- but I have to be honest, I’m really going to miss her once I find my forever family. She is the BEST at bedtime and morning cuddles. But I know there’s a family out there that needs a Dino, and as soon as she says I’m ready, I’m going to find them.

I can’t believe how much my life has changed since Wise Animal Rescue found me that afternoon…I was just sitting in my crate, staring out at the world, and before I knew it I had this whole other life. I didn’t even know that dogs were supposed to walk- the breeder guy told me my only job was to sit in my crate. Who knew there was a whole world out there to explore??? I didn’t- not until W.A.R. gave me a new leash…I mean lease…on life.

I guess that’s enough about me for now- thank you so much for following my journey, cheering me on, and for all of the food, toys, and comfy blankets you have donated to me! I am feeling the love!

My rescue is so kind and giving- they do everything they can to save every dog- like me- that they find, but they really need some support. If you can share my story, or spare any time, or maybe even a few dollars, to give more dogs a new leash- lease! Sorry, I keep doing that!- on life, that would be so awesome.

Thanks for cheering me on- I love you guys! Hugs and sloppy kisses to all of you!

XOXO,

The Dino Man (I came up with that nickname all by myself)
