Home Recommendation: Duke is an easy going gentleman who is easy to please! He loves his naps, cuddles, and rotisserie chicken! He wants nothing more than a family to love him unconditionally!

Crate Trained: Duke will bark for the first 10-20 minutes but once he settles, he does great!

Leash Manners: He is very excited at the beginning of walks but as soon as he calms down he walks perfectly on the leash!
Personality: A perfect day in Duke’s eyes? Wake up with his human, happy dance his way to the kitchen for a nice bowl of his favorite breakfast…CHICKEN!! Then mosey his way outside to go potty and roll around in the grass and sun bathe. Come back inside and hop up on the sofa until its time to go back outside or eat more chicken! He is the textbook definition of low key and easy to please. His favorite things include belly rubs, food, and the vacuum. YES you read that right.. the vacuum! He dances his little heart away & will sing you the song of his people when you turn the vacuum on. You’ll never need any other motivation to clean, because it is the cutest thing ever! Duke really would just like to hangout, he doesn’t care who it is with, he is the sweetest lil guy on the block and would be a perfect fit in any home!
Why did they come to Wise? Â Duke was surrendered to Wise after his family could no longer care for him. He didn’t let this slow him down and he can’t wait to find his forever family!
